This policy explains what information Trinity Risk Partners collects through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us. When you submit a form on this site, we receive the fields you filled in, which may include your name, job title, company name, work email address, phone number, city and state, the lines of coverage you are interested in, your current carrier, employee count, funding arrangement, renewal date, your message, and any files you chose to attach.

This site runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no chat widget, and no third party tracking scripts. We do not set cookies for tracking purposes. Our hosting provider maintains standard server logs, which typically include IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, and which are used for security and site reliability.

Please do not send us protected health information here

The forms on this site are not a secure channel for health data. Do not upload or type protected health information, individually identifiable claims data, Social Security numbers, or member level medical records into this website. If we need that information to help you, we will provide a secure method for sending it.

How we use it

  • To respond to your inquiry and to prepare for a conversation with you.
  • To evaluate and, if you engage us, to place and service insurance coverage.
  • To meet legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed insurance agency.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing purposes.

Who we share it with

To do the work you asked for, we may share relevant information with insurance carriers, third party administrators, and other service providers involved in quoting or servicing your coverage. We share what is needed for that purpose and no more. We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or a governmental or regulatory request.

We use service providers to host this website and to receive form submissions. Those providers process the data on our behalf.

Communications and consent

When you submit a form you are asked to consent to being contacted about your request. That consent is required for us to reply, and it is limited to the request you submitted.

A separate, clearly optional checkbox asks whether you consent to calls and text messages at the number you provided. That consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for help.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and to maintain business records, and longer where insurance regulations or our professional obligations require it.

Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is the reason for the notice above about health information.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to the recordkeeping obligations that apply to a licensed insurance agency. Contact us at dom.aiello@trinity-risk-partners.com or 860-919-1599.

Children

This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the revised version here and update the date at the top of the page.
