Coverage that answers to the exposure you actually have. That means reading the forms, checking limits against current values, and being clear about what a policy does and does not do, so what you are buying is understood before you need it.
The firm
Trinity Risk Partners was founded to give small and mid sized employers the analytical work that usually only arrives with a much larger headcount. Why we built it that way is the story on our home page.
What we are
Trinity Risk Partners is an independent insurance agency based in Fort Worth, Texas, established in 2026. We work in one line of business, employee benefits, with a focus on alternative funding, claims and underwriting analysis, and benefits education.
Our clients are small and mid sized employers. That is a deliberate choice. They are large enough that funding strategy genuinely changes what a plan costs, and they are the least likely to be handed the analysis that would let them evaluate it. We are based in Fort Worth and write business wherever we are licensed.
Independence
Independent is a word every agency uses, so it is worth saying what it means in practice rather than in a brochure.
We are not tied to a carrier. There is no house market we are expected to feed, and no production requirement that makes one carrier's quote more attractive to us than another's.
We are not answering to an outside owner. No investor has a return target that arrives before your renewal does. The firm's economics do not depend on hitting a growth number by a quarter end.
The people you meet are the people who stay. You are not handed to a service team you have never spoken to once the account is signed.
What that adds up to is straightforward. When we recommend something, the only thing behind the recommendation is what we found in your data.
How we work
We start early. A renewal reviewed sixty to ninety days out is a negotiation. A renewal reviewed ten days out is an acceptance. Most of the value in this business is created in the months when nothing is due.
We start from your data. Claims, underwriting detail, the stop loss contract if there is one, and the pharmacy agreement. We would rather show you what the numbers say than open with an opinion about what you should buy.
We explain the reasoning, not just the recommendation. You should finish every review able to explain your own program to your leadership team without us in the room.
We stay through the year. Compliance dates, mid year questions, claims issues, and the education work that decides whether employees ever use what you bought. The renewal is one week of a twelve month relationship.
Where we come from, and why we built the firm this way, is on our home page.
The tagline
It is on the logo, so it should mean something specific.
Coverage that answers to the exposure you actually have. That means reading the forms, checking limits against current values, and being clear about what a policy does and does not do, so what you are buying is understood before you need it.
Decisions made against your own data, ahead of the deadline. A renewal reviewed sixty days out is a negotiation. A renewal reviewed ten days out is an acceptance. Most of the value in this business is created in the months when nothing is due.
One team, accountable through the year rather than only at renewal. That includes being just as willing to tell you a program is well built as to recommend a change, because the value is in the honest read either way.

Contact
Most of our conversations start with someone sending over a renewal and asking whether it is reasonable. That is a fine place to begin.
